Delivery

Order Confirmation:

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent.

We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment.

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched; this will usually be within 1 to 2 working days from placing your order.

Order Delivery:

Delivery timeframes on each product page are estimates and are provided in good faith, based on information given by our suppliers and transport providers. However, due to the complexity of the logistics process, they cannot be guaranteed.

Assembly - most of our products require simple assembly and basic tools might be necessary. At the moment we do not offer an assembly service. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this further or if you would like to see the assembly instructions.

Delivery is to doorstep/kerbside only.

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please email us with clear photos of the damaged items.

Non Mainland UK & International Shipping:

Our free delivery policy is limited to what is generally considered to be mainland UK. However, we are also willing to ship to other parts of the UK (e.g. islands) and other countries worldwide but this may be subject to additional shipping costs. Please contact us to further discuss your shipping requirements.
